Browsing the site requires no registration and involves no data collection for advertising or statistical purposes.
The only personal data we collect is the data you voluntarily submit through our forms:
- Contact form: last name, first name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and content of your message.
- Application form: last name, first name, email address, phone number, role or specialty, availability, LinkedIn profile (optional), CV (optional) and content of your message.
Purposes
Contact form data is used to respond to your request. Application form data is used to review your profile and offer you opportunities matching your skills and expectations. This processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form.
Access and confidentiality
Your data is accessible only to the Skillabs Sàrl staff handling your request. An application is never presented to a company without your prior consent.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Applications are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months after our last exchange, unless you ask for their deletion.
Cookies
This site uses neither advertising cookies nor audience measurement tools. Strictly technical cookies may be set to remember the language you have chosen and to run the anti-bot check on our forms.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or deletion, object to its processing and withdraw your consent, by writing to us at the address above. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
